Record producer and sound extraordinaire Francesco Carrozzo is making a name for himself in the music industry following the success of his recent collaboration on Born 2 Rap – The Game’s final studio album featuring UK and international acts including Ed Sheeran, Nipsey Hussle, A$AP Rocky and 21 Savage.

The Italian native has worked over the past several years with a number of international record producers and artists on studio albums as well as TV productions including a football documentary ‘Phenoms’, produced by Fox and executively produced by chef Gordon Ramsay.

Following his early career success, he would then go on to do sound engineering with producer Alex Elena on the album Tarka & Friends: Life, featuring a number of international artists including Lily Allen and Ruby Friedman.

But it wasn’t until his latest collaboration with The Game on his final studio album that Carrozzo was able to attain industry recognition for his work, with the album being praised and cited as “a lesson in storytelling” according to NME. The album’s opening song ‘City of Sin’ featuring The Game and Ed Sheeran sets the tone of the record, with guest appearances from Chris Brown, Anderson Paak, Bryson Tiller, Mozzy, Miguel, Travis Barker and Trey Songz.

Following the disruption to the global music industry by the pandemic, studio sessions and concerts have been put on hold, but with lockdowns easing in the UK and the US – international artists are getting back to their roots and working on a series of new albums including numerous concert tours at the end of 2020.

With several album projects in the works, Francesco Carrozzo will be setting the tone behind-the-scenes on some of the industry’s most prominent upcoming studio albums.
